FundRise Project In Action

COMMUNITY HUBS

We launched our Social Enterprise project  ‘FUNDRISE’ in 2023 and as we enter 2026, Working Solutions Inc  in partnership with ‘Find It Locally’ is ready to roll out Digital Community Hubs that offer sustainable opportunities.

IN 2023 our team worked to ensure every Australian township had a local digital Noticeboard that linked them to a local hub and an a regional centre.  Like the township of Ironbark in Central Victoria – they have a notice board linked to a hub in Bendigo Central, and are active in the region of North and Central Victoria.

We achieved over 300 google linked pages in readiness for 2024.

IN 2024 and 2025 we expanded our project activities to make sure:

  • Each Australian Digital Noticeboard can feature organisations and services supporting the wellbeing and life opportunities of its locals,
  • Every Australian Digital Noticeboard can promote its local small businesses, local events, shopping and local news
  • Every organisation in Australia can now advertise in their Regional Centre Pages to promote their business, service, products, and interests to the wider marketplace
  • Every organisation will pay only a small cost for advertising – knowing that money will be re-invested in the community .

How Your Noticeboard Works

There are over 8800 Digital Community Notice Boards now active across Australia.

In each township, Notice Boards are operating to ensure sustainable and resilient communities. Front and centre, your notice board provides links to local businesses and community organisation as well as menu to deep-dive into region-wide services and businesses.

Notice Boards are designed in a simple way, without flashy, moving parts that confuse many groups of people including older residents, or people challenged visually. It uses locality and subject/category search experiences – connecting people directly to the businesses and services, events or local news

Every activity linked to your Notice Board will directly offer fundraising support to local community organisations that contribute to the livelihood and wellbeing local people.

If your organisation is a registered NOT FOR PROFIT or CHARITABLE entity. Check your noticeboard and linkup.
